NLR - Anglesey Circuit Pirelli Super Series 600 Race Report
We were over at Anglesey Circuit this weekend surrounded by stunning scenery for Round 5 of the No Limits Racing Pirelli Super Series 600 Championship.
The weather forecast was for it to be hot and it sure was ! It was a challenging weekend as although the weather was mega, the track was greasy because of this.
Qualified P2 on Saturday and was only 0.2 off the lap record so got off to a great start.
Race 1 on Saturday lunch, I led all the way round and came home in P1 & with the fastest lap, really happy and ready to go again on day 2. Sunday, I was on pole, we started the second race a little early, got off to another good start and led all the way & came in P1 with the fastest lap, leaving one race left to run in the afternoon, another scorching day.
The third race was cut short but we had got 11 laps in and I was leading so got P1 & another fastest lap, making it 3 out of 3 and coming away leading the championship.
Really happy to take all 3 wins at this round and pleased with my consistency throughout the weekend. Feeling ready and prepared for the next round of BSB this weekend at Brands.
